January 25 Update: Refined Clasp Design Introduced

Building upon the structural design of my previous creation, Shanwenjia Fabric—Chainmail, I have crafted a two-piece satchel.

After printing the two halves separately, secure them using circular paperclip-style clasps, or alternatively, employ a suitable length of TPU filament, heat-seal the ends, and press them into a rounded shape to create a clasp.

A strap needs to be procured (easily purchased online for under $10, in a suitable length and material).

The bag body incorporates two scale sizes of scalemail; the finer version exhibits greater suppleness. Due to its intricate nature, the finer version may require stretching in multiple directions after printing to release adhesion.

The smaller apertures of the finer version necessitate smaller clasps to fasten the two halves. Alternatively, the newly added chain can be used to create a strap of any desired length, eliminating the need for purchasing a ready-made one.
