I’ve just wrapped up my latest project: a collection of optical illusion catch-all bowls! 🌀✨
My goal was to create something functional that actually shifts and changes appearance depending on your viewing angle.
The hardest part was figuring out the perfect stripe frequency. I honestly couldn’t decide, so I designed three different versions, each with its own unique vibe:
1️⃣ 2mm Version: Super dense. The optical effect is intense—it almost "vibrates" when you look at it.
2️⃣ 4mm Version: The perfect balance between light and shadow.
3️⃣ 6mm Version: Bolder and more geometric, for a clean, modern look.
💡 Pro Tip: If you print these, use Matte PLA. The lack of shine/reflections makes the depth illusion pop even more!

Stylish Fruit Fly Trap
I’ve always found that most fruit fly traps don’t really fit into a modern home — they look more like something you’d want to hide away than keep on display. That’s why I designed this version in a clean, contemporary style, making it both functional and visually appealing.
