While working on a compact robotics project, I ran into a familiar challenge—how to safely and cleanly mount a 300mAh LiPo battery along with its TP4056 charging module without leaving exposed wires and boards dangling.
So I fired up Fusion360 and started designing a custom-fit 3D printed battery case that would solve this neatly. After a few test prints and tweaks, I landed on a compact enclosure that not only holds the battery and charging board snugly, but also offers USB access, wire routing, and a secure lid—perfect for quick swaps or permanent installations.
I printed it using high-quality PLA for sharp edges and reliable strength. The result? A professional-looking, plug-and-play battery module that fits seamlessly into my builds.
This little case might be small, but it packs a lot of practicality into your electronics game. 💡
📦 Now using it in my wearable sensor nodes and micro robotics kits!
