#Help Center I need some help please……..after doing the last update on my x1c i have been having issues with my ams working…….the printer itself is fine but it will not read the ams anymore……..i have to stop the print, turn off the printer and disconnect the ams from the printer and the turn the printer back on and connect the ams back up and it works……i hsve to do this every time i print now………any ideas or suggestions??? i’m at a loss……only problem ive ever had with it…….
