print quality is great but I can't get it work. I read through other comments I figured somehow I put the magnet in wrong but I have put it in different ways and still can't get it to work not sure what I did wrong but with all the switching the magnet I broke the little piece that holds the hub in so now I'm waiting on that to get here think I'm going to just go back to the original hub. so if there are any ideas what I did wrong be happy to try any suggestions I would love to use the 5 port.

Loved this print works great in my hair going to print in other colors. I have such a hard time finding clips for my curly hair!
