Newer versions of the highly popular UV-5R radio are slightly thicker (roughly a centimeter) to accommodate the modernized USB-C rechargeable batteries, making them incompatible with JuanDeag's original design. This model has been updated to fit the newer units and now includes an added tab above the display to improve rigidity and reduce bending. Fuzzy skin added for increased grip.

Using a generic sling plate between the pistol grip adapter and buffer tube prevented a comfortable grip. Not using the sling plate left some empty space in between the parts. Created this spacer to fill up the empty space.
