I used petg for the shell. pla for the rest. looks great. I don't know how to earn boosts to give. sorry.

In the process of printing a 3rd blank helmet. This is excellent. I modified the "screws" or pins to have a chamfered tip because I was not able to insert a few in due to alignment and tight fit issues. Adding a point resolved the issue. At some point I may add an additional hole on each side of top corners to add two more connectors to mimic a real helmet and add more stability. I'm using ABS for the shell, face mask, and the two "bumpers".
