#Love Confessions for Valentine's Day My husband of 20 years and I met at a Scout camp. I worked in the kitchen and he in the trading post (think gift/ supply shop) He would come up to the kitchen and ask me if he could borrow a bench during one of the special program weeks where he worked with campers on fishing. I started calling him the "bench borrower". One day I went and sat next to him and helped with untangling fishing poles and lines. He made me laugh and I brushed up against him. A few weeks later he was mind blown that I stuck my hand in a bucket of worms to count them out for a camper. (Where he went to school that was not a normal thing for a girl to do) A few weeks later he asked if I had been to a mall and I said yes. He asked if I wanted to go sometime. We went on that date a few weeks later. I later found out that he wasn't really asking me out on a date. I'm so glad that I thought he was asking me out. We have been inseparable ever since. We got married just after our 6th anniversary and have been married for almost 21 years and have 4 beautiful children. We have been through so much together and I can't imagine my life without him. He told me when we first started dating that he prayed for me. I used the printmon to create this image using text and it is very accurate.
