My first model fully completed inside Blender. Next time I'll be using FreeCAD for new projects. Blender is great for quick fixes and changes, but even for a simple functional part like this, iterating to get the tolerances perfect was unnecessarily painful. Happy with the final result, but lesson learned: right tool for the right job!
