The ball came out very well on my first attempt. I can’t stop messing with it, it’s so satisfying! I wanted to make another for my sibling, but it ended out really difficult to separate units. It’s probably because I didn’t have the correct calibration/flow rate on before starting, but I would still be weary when printing quickly. My first one had some rough edges when setting its speed to ludicrous, but that is probably to be expected as the fast movement is risky. I made a third overnight out of clear PETG at silent (not for sound, but for print speed) to make sure it cam out well, and apart from 2 units being a little tough to separate, it ended out really well. I would definitely recommend this to others, but just make sure you think logically about the speed and enable all calibration settings. I think it looks pretty good in the Bambu Lab Silk+ Gold PLA filament.
