My wife and I make this recipe every year in spring or summer, then distribute it around the holidays to friends and family. Most of them actually continue to age it; the record is around 2 1/2 years, and it was reportedly incredible! We give it out in mason jars, and moisture tends to ruin both paper labels with adhesive and from a label maker. When we got the P1S, my wife realized we had a new waterproof alternative! Since we're labeling a hugely popular recipe, we decided to share it!
