When my wife said "3d printers seem to be getting cheaper" I jumped on the opportunity. The A1 mini was so functional that I convinced her we needed the X1 Carbon. Two printers... a luxury. I love that I can recommend the A1 mini so solidly to friends, and they are likely to try it because the price is quite reasonable. I've enjoyed printing infrastructure projects for my printers. I also love printing models, like the Elite: Dangerous ships, BSG and Star Wars, and sailboats. I've been very pleased with the results I get printing Pathfinder minis with a 0.02 nozzle.
