Die Endkappen sind dafür ausgelegt, Fahrgeräusche zu reduzieren, das Herausgleiten der Profilgummis zu verhindern und Verletzungsgefahren zu minimieren. Für den Druck eignen sich besonders ABS oder PETG. Ich habe das Design zur Optimierung des Druckvorgangs etwas vereinfacht.

Lost the tripod feet and printed a replacement.

It's a pretty simple, but efficient setup, just a servo and some 3D-printed parts. It is completly reversible and still a first prototype. The whole thing can be controlled online, and there's a webcam for monitoring. The print is getting kicked of the bed via print head. Let's see how it goes and let me know if you have any questions. I hope now I can print forever without ever having to be nearby the printer :)
