So I LOVE the smooth plate and have used it ALOT - after every use I clean it, however, it still leaves like a negative of what I printed. I have tried about everything recommended to clean the plate and I have NO issues printing on it. Does anyone else have this issue? Do I have a defective plate? Again, no issues printing on it but can't get the images off of it. Looking forward towards comments / solution(s).
