quality is fine. it feels a bit flimsy, but that is taste. also, there is no reces for the magnets, you just hold they hold the chute like art work on the fridge. the bucket is fine for small runs, but will need to be emptied frequently for any larger multicolor print. I’d look for another option that feels a bit more secure and has a larger bucket.

quality of print? perfect. does it work with the equipment currently shipping with the X1C? no. issues: complete hot-end with fans will not fit at all. (the modified lid will hold them but leave the existing holes in the main case empty. ) the needle for clearing jams is too long to fit in the provided slot. as others have said the lid is just loose enough to be irritating. I’d also like it if the bottom of the box had the ability to fit into the lid.
