I wanted to create a dragon head wall mount that felt like a true fantasy trophy—something you’d expect to see in a D&D gaming room, workshop, or office wall. The goal was a bold display piece that looks great right off the printer, with strong silhouettes, and deep scale detail. Whether printed in silk PLA, metallic colors, or painted, this design is meant to be a statement piece for anyone who loves dragons and fantasy decor.

I wanted a phone stand that didn’t just hold a device, but displayed it like a piece of fantasy art. This dragon stand was designed to be easy to print, stable enough for tablets, and detailed enough to feel like a carved statue on your desk.

I designed this planter as a gift for my wife, who loves both houseplants and dragons. I wanted something that combined a fantasy creature with a functional planter that would look good on a desk or shelf and print cleanly. After a few iterations, the curled sleeping dragon quickly became a favorite in our house.
