3D printing has advanced significantly in recent years. As an engineer at a university tech center, I see growing use cases even with consumer printers. For our autonomous driving research project, we design and print parts for a scaled car. I got a "Bambu Lab P1S AMS" during the summer sale, and it’s been printing almost daily—my family loves the printed gifts too. We’re hoping to get an H2D for the project soon. Stay curious...

Long (325 mm) aquarium shovel with gravel sieve (3 mm holes). The standard gravel will go through and e.g. old snails, plants will stick into the shovel. Very handy to clean the gravel instead of removing each piece of waste with tweezers.

Just another improved "Hockey Stick Grip". This fits the widespread composite stick “CCM Jetspeed FT860”.
Improvements:
- The grip has ergonomic lines to support each finger grip (candy cane).
- Better grip thanks to a more textured “fuzzy skin” for rougher surfaces
- Lightweight, only 1 mm thick at its thinnest points
- Rounded end knob feels more comfy
- Reduced length, overall 175 mm

Here is a holder for a 140 mm fan to keep the Xbox Series S cool.
We had the experience that it restarts or slows down in hot summer conditions.
Since adding the fan the console runs without any issues.

Maintenance is important for the life time and low friction of a bike chain.
Using cleaner and oil spray is always a mess and afterwards the bike and surroundings are full of cleaner and oil and not where it mostly belongs: on the chain. Here it is, an applicator which sprays cleaner and oil on the chain and prevents to have cleaner and oil elsewhere.
The internal spray outlet has the dimension of a bike chain and is designed to spray mostly the chain rollers where the oil is really needed.

These kind of hooks are great helping tool when changing bicycle chains (replacement, repair, maintenance).
This is useful a when installing a chain link or connecting the chain with a chain bolt tool.
This hook is 2.15 mm thick so it will fit for any bicycle chain.
The radius is exactly the inner roller diameter of 7.8 mm to snap in and hold it in place.
The large area is the finger grip to keep them clean.
I printed it with PETG because this material is more elastic comparing to PLA.

Grip for an ice hockey stick with hole pattern design and “fuzzy skin” print profile to improve grip. Using TPU it can be pushed on and is reusable.
Enjoy printing and ice hockey.

Stable coat hanger hook which is fully 3D designed to improve hook stability and fit on the top and bottom coat hanger.
There are two versions available.
One for straight coat hanger and another for angled coat hanger.
Could save up to 30% of space in your wardrobe.

How to prevent the windshield wiper from freezing on the windshield, which cold easily damage the wiper blade?
I don't want to put the wiper in maintenance position. So an offset holder under the wiper could be the solution.
My car has different wiper sizes on the front and therefore it needs to have a spacer under the holder and the other under the wiper blade.
This offset spacer can be used in both ways. The space is large enough for the holder and has a slot for the wiper blade.

My family has many bags, so I searched for some kind of hanger putting the bags on a clothes rail.
Many of them seem to be shaky and unstable. So I make a new design, which can be placed over a rail (max. 30 mm).
There are many roundings to improve the stability and to get some sort of an organic design and additionally a nice smiley for the kids :-) .
I tested the hanger (PLA Basic) with a 7 kg weight, which is absolutely no problem for the hanger. I even could not see any deformation.

Glowing Frame for a light switch with multiple radius to select from the 3mf file.
This model has an additional frame (height 0.5mm) which is under the switch frame, i.e. no glue or exact tight fit is needed.

No issues printing with eSUN PETG transparent (calibrated: Temperature, flow rate, pressure advance).
See using it for my driven spindle axial & radial support solution: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2299968-pastamatic-enhanced-driven-spindle-and-fuzzy-skin

Only one of the crossbeam has an issue printing in PETG. Printed this later "lay down" with more infill and fuzzy skin for more stability and tighter fit. Printing this in one plate is time optimized but not the best way for stability, reliability and print quality. Paper spools are common and in many cases cheaper.
But I had some issues of stucked paper spools with the AMS. So I decided to reuse my plastic Bambu LAb and SUNLU spools.
Therefore using the PastaMatic as a great spool winder.
But having some issues with loose driven spindle, axial play, loose bearing bolts and overall stability I made some small changes which fixes all the above issues.
Enjoy printing and spooling.
