It was tricky but fun. I gkued the shoulder straps on before the head and then used a heat gun to finesse the head on. Small parts glued with CA but big parts I used hot glue carefully

Only small niggle is the odd shape of the inside of the '4' I also scaled it to 7mm tall as the original height didn't work for me. But it looks great mounted on the fence gate.
