We build our lives like factories — efficient, predictable, controlled. Everything has a purpose, a measurement, a standard to meet. But love doesn’t follow blueprints. It breaks rhythm, disrupts order, refuses to be optimized. This heart never stood a chance on the production line. It’s a flaw in the perfect design — a reminder that not everything valuable can be verified or approved. Sometimes, being rejected by the system is the only proof that you’re real.

A community member, Pellepartym8, once shared with me photos and a short story about their ferret family 🦦. They weren’t just pets in the pictures - they looked like a true little clan, curious, mischievous, yet so close to one another. That glimpse of everyday life, full of warmth and playfulness, instantly inspired me to create this artwork. I wanted to reflect their spirit, their bond, and the unique charm of such a family.
