I now have space for 8 drives, with good airflow to keep them cool, with the original fan blowing upwards in the base of the rack now blowing cool air directly up between the drives.
Temps dropped from 38-39c down to 28-29c, i think that is a good improvement.

Looks great in the contrasting white (printed in esun PETG), i printed and installed after i had piece of stray filament stuck in the fan making a ticking noise. Also did the one for the print head as a preventative too.
