Voronoi Pattern Wall

This is a modular voronoi pattern that is very filament efficient for the area it covers and very easy to connect.

It uses bowtie connectors and adhesive such as command strips to put up. The tool I have uploaded is a bit crude but quite powerful and how I covered my wall in the photo.
 

PRINT PROFILES

Use the ‘Profile for Generator Tool’ to upload the STLs from the tool for what I think is the best configuration. Just delete the existing tiles. If you want to get super filament efficient you can reduce top shells and infill% to 0, you just need creative mounting solutions.

ALSO, print out 4-5 bowtie connectors and test, you may need to scale them up or down depending on the filaments shrink factor and your printers accuracy. (These should be printed solid), use ‘Bowtie Profile'.

IMPORTANT Generator Tool Notes

• After adjusting width and height. Make sure the generated tile size is under your printers max print area. It will tell you in a red box when it goes over your set maximum. Adjusting the random seed or max tile size will fix this problem. 
• 3D preview for large models are buggy. 
• Test print 2-3 tiles and make sure you like the fit with the fake seam width and depth. The idea of the fake seam is to make each cell look individual and thus making the tiles ‘seamless’ when connected together.
