I use the insert boxes in my hobby workshop both in the AUER assortment boxes (/-cases) for metric screws, nuts, etc., and in drawers for small tools like hinge drills, key files, etc.

The feet, which are to be printed separately, hold by themselves, but should be glued in with superglue for security. They serve as a "stop" in the assortment boxes for the grid on the bottom (AUER concept).

After I mistakenly didn't order all the necessary sizes in my last order and only needed a few individual insert boxes, I reverse-engineered the containers in Fusion. In doing so, with a Gridfinity mentality, I also designed containers that are not available in the AUER range.

In my opinion, it's not worth printing the containers on a large scale and thus refraining from buying the originals. However, if you only need individual containers or sizes that are not available in the shop, feel free to use my files.

** I will provide additional container sizes for the 393 x 380 mm (H2 series) print plates in another model.

Shout-out:

I was inspired by user @Marv4545, who also reverse-engineered some of the containers and came up with the idea of gluing in the feet: https://makerworld.com/de/models/2009539-auer-bin-selection-light-version#profileId-2164609
