Zipper Pull Replacement
Print Profile(1)

Description
đŠ 3DâPrinted Replacement Zipper Pull
I made a simple replacement zipper pull for situations where the original tab has snapped off but the zipper slider itself is still perfectly functional.
To make sure itâs strong enough for realâworld use, the design incorporates a standard 33âŻmm paperclip on the inside. After shaping and trimming the paperclip, it slips into the printed part and acts as a rigid core so the pull doesnât flex or break during normal use.
đ ď¸ Assembly Notes
The design is pressâfit, so you can assemble it without any tools beyond something to cut the paperclip.
I recommend adding a small drop of glue to the joint when pressing it togetherâjust enough to keep the pull locked in place over longâterm use, especially on jackets and bags that get tugged a lot.
đ¤ Adding Your Own Text or Logo
If you want personalization, you can add your own text or logo in your slicer using a negative object (or a modifier mesh) to emboss or deboss whatever design you like. I could not add this in the print profile as Bambu Studio does not support editable text as a modifier. Other slicers are available.
