TPU Keywrap

Silence your keys in your pocket with this TPU keywrap. No more ratteling!

Hardware required

• Bolt M4x16mm (for 3 keys or 2 keys and my cartcoin), I've used an inbus round head bolt.
• M4 nut *
• M4 washer *
• M4 spring washer

* See my updated nut and bolt below, they are better suitable, if you can find them.

3D Print

• The wrap in TPU, I've used Bambu Lab TPU 95A HF and it's great (not compatible with AMS!)
• The D-ring and washers in PETG or ABS, I've used Bambu Lab PETG Basic
• Optional: my cart coin

Assembly

After printing the warp, form it a while with a clamp if needed, eg. like this:

Put the bolt on one side through the wrap, thread it in if needed. On the inside of the warp, put:

• printed PETG washer
• key
• printed PETG washer
• key
• printed PETG washer
• key
• printed PETG washer
• and finally the printed PETG D-ring over the wrap itself

Then fold the wrap over the bolt. Lock it in place with the hardware M4 washer, the spring washer and the nut.

Update: I found better suitable hardware

Switched the bolt and nut for these in the picture, and moved the spring washer between the keys.
