About the model:

I had this concept in mind for a while now. Originally being inspired by an album cover.

Could be awesome with two colors but the amount of waste would be insane. (A perfect job for the H2D?)

Print info:

Not scalable. Must be printed with 0.2mm layer height.

Getting it off the plate and removing support is actually not as dangerous as it seems. The strings have quite a lot of flexibility so they won't get damaged from a little bit of bending. Be careful tho.

BLACK SILK PLA. I always thought people just got lucky printing these type of models, I just needed to trust my printer. Wow, amazing model. Worth the wait!

Looks amazing! printed with Bambu PETG Translucent, with 1 wall, 0 infill. Lines I set to 2 walls, top/bottom shell settings to 0 and infill overlap to 50% Took 3.5 hours to print and final model is 31.5g, it's light enough to put on levitation kit.

Printed Transcend on the Bambu Lab P1S with PLA Silk Midnight Blaze and it looks incredible. The metallic sheen shifts between deep midnight blue and violet, giving the piece a dramatic, almost otherworldly presence. The artwork is beautiful, but it went beyond expectations. A project that would typically take around 12 hours with various modifications and effects ended up taking 2 days and 5 hours. However, the result was fantastic.
