Description

Featherboard with replaceable fins. Should you accidently cut or break them, you have less to reprint. Designed for ¼ T-Bolts. 

This was designed as a parametric model in Autodesk Inventor. You can easily change the length of the slots, width of the fins, width of the featherboard, etc and it automatically adjusts.

 

I've presaved some common configurations you may want, such as a short fin and long fin version of the feathers, along with 3 sizes of the holder with different length tbolt slots with a 3.5in, 5in and 7.5in variant.

 

I printed at 30% infill with PLA.

 

 

Assembly

Print 1 holder and 1 feather insert.

Requires three #8-32 x ½ countersunk machine screws and #8-32 Brass Insert.
