4040 Profile and Accessories
Expand your creations with this modular 4040 profile system! Whether for DIY projects or workshop solutions – this system provides all the essential components for building robust frames and structures.
Currently Available Parts:
- 4040 Aluminum Profiles – Printable in lengths from 50 mm to 250 mm (in 50 mm increments)
- Corner Connectors – For stable 90° connections between profiles
- T-nuts – Single, double, and triple for flexible fastening options
- Surface Connectors – Flat connecting elements for clean and stable joints
- Base Plates – With or without screw holes, ideal for securing constructions
- M8 Screws & Accessories – Matching washers and countersunk screws for maximum stability
Perfect for machine frames, furniture construction, 3D printer upgrades, and much more! All parts afford maximum flexibility for your projects.
It is recommended to print the screws in PETG at minimum, as PLA screws break quickly!
