#Newmodel #Contests #ChildrensToys Hiiiiii! I wanted to share the inspiration behind my new Mighty Beanz Mega Track model. It all started about a week ago when I was scrolling through YouTube and came across a Mighty Beanz video. I used to play with these as a kid, so I decided to print some. However, when I searched for "Mighty Beanz" on MakerWorld, there where almost no models, there was only a few ugly models but they seemed to basic and not worth a print. That's when I had an idea: make a Mighty Beanz track model! It all started with the first tests nd prototypes. The tracks had some fun hole designs, but there was a problem: because the metal ball inside the Beanz was too small, the Beanz would just slide instead of rolling as intended. I couldn't change the ball size because I wanted the model to stay compatible with the Maker's Beginner Kit, so I was stuck. I asked people how to fix it through a community post, but nobody answered. Then, while testing an old version of the track, I tried sanding it with sandpaper to see if it would help. It didn't work, but it gave me an idea: use sandpaper to add more friction to the Beanz so they could roll as I wanted. So I started modeling again, and after a few tests, I finally came up with a working track. That's how I designed the Mini Track. But ten I wondered: how would I make the Mega Track? I started creating multiple small test models and eventually made the first Mega Track prototype. I got it ready for printing, and whe I printed it... it failed :( The track had the wrong inclination, so either the Beanz would go too fast or they would get stuck. After a lot of testing, I discovered that the best inclination was around 30 degrees. So I made another Mega Track test model, and it kind of worked, but it still had a few problems. After a few more days of modeling, the Mega Track was finally starting to take shape. I thought it was finished, but it wasn't. I made some final adjustments and printed it again, and this time it finally worked! I created the instructions, took pictures, and after many days of testing, designing, and printing, it was finally done. I was so happy! And that's the story of how I made my Mighty Beanz Mega Track model. Thank you all for reading and for all your support. I hope to win something in the contest, and I hope you liked the project. If you did, please consider dropping a like. Thanks!(Edited)
