I found the family friendly version of the fertility idol for my brick Indiana Jones model, but needed to modify it so it could be held in the brick model hand. I added a 15mm diameter cylinder and reduced the scale of the idol to suit.

Very fun print and prefer it as two pieces to reduce the filament change waste for such a small model.
