I started this build after constantly pushing 1/18 crawlers like TRX4M and SCX24 to their limits and hitting the same issues: too top-heavy, poor climb control, and compromised geometry. I stripped it back to fundamentals and rebuilt it around real LCG performance, not upgrades. After many iterations of wheelbase, shock, and link tuning, this chassis became a true low CG crawler platform designed for precision, stability, and serious trail performance.
