When I saw that my purge chute was completely backed up and causing an overnight print to have strings from failed purges all out I was mad, but when I found the Lever that agitates the purge chute flap behind the printer, missing what appeared to be a metal pin, I was worried. Luckily, Bambu CS sent me a replacement the next day. However, the pin holding the lever kept getting pushed out, demanding constant vigilance. So I solved the problem, with the Purge Chute Agitator Lever Pin Defender!
