Hi everyone!
I'm new to 3D printing. I’m a land surveyor and I do a lot of 2D drafting in CAD software. So far, I’ve designed a few practical tools for my job and recently started experimenting with more creative objects like a fly and an oyster shell 😄
At home, my son is in primary school and has some learning difficulties. He uses a tool (see image) that helps him understand numbers and patterns — it’s kind of like an abacus, but with rotating two-colored balls in a grid. It’s a great aid for visual learning.
I haven’t found this type of design in the Handy app yet. Has anyone here already modeled something like this? Or would you have tips on how to approach the design?
If this kind of post is off-topic, feel free to ignore. Thanks a lot — I really love the app, the printers, and the community vibe here!(Edited)
