As a high school student, I really wanted a functional desktop robotic arm, but I noticed a huge gap in what was available online: everything was either way too expensive to source or so flimsy that it vibrated whenever it moved.
I decided to design my own from scratch to solve both problems, leading to the development of the RA-1
