This is a simple 1x1 gridfinity cufflink holder. I just made this for my cufflinks which both have the same backs. I'm not sure if these are standard or not but hopefully someone else can use them as well.

Very good model. The wife wanted a 4 color version lol, so lots of filament changes but the result turned out great!
