I keep getting error code -3030 and it tells me to check the status of Bambu Lab Server and that says its fine every time I try to print my plate. anyone know how to fix this??

I just got my printer a week ago and completely new to this... Is there a way to use makerworld and edit stuff to make it larger or do I need a computer?
Also how do I increase the size of a model?(Edited)

Just opened my printer 2 days ago and done some basic prints. im super excited. Been having issues with my AMS though so just using the outer spool holder for now
