I created this base, made some modification to the bust to add a led light in his eye.  The base has an mp3 player in it that plays "I'll be back" in his original voice.

Created this hinge for 19/32 plywood.  Used a 3/16" steel rod for the pin.  It worked really well.  Any suggestions for additional uses?
