Right I took delivery of my P2S just over 3 weeks ago and everything was great. Then just last week the P2s stopped extruding. All the indications were a blocked nozzle, I did the usual things cold pull, and taken the extruder apart 4 times now ! Everything is clear I have tried a new nozzle and still no go. The extruder wheel twithes just like there's a blockage but it's not blocked. I have even tried different filaments but get the same results. I've been in touch with BL support they sent me one message at the beginning of this week saying it's blocked I explained all the above with video evidence and heard nothing back. For context I've been printing with a 3D printer since 2019 this is my 3rd Bambu labs printer, I wish now that I had kept my P1S ! I've now lodged a claim via PayPal to try to get my money back I thought I this might nudge them to get in touch with me but still radio silence 😞.

Hi all, i have a P2S and i believe it's got a faulty extruder. it's been working great the past few weeks, until a couple of days ago 😔. I thought it was a blocled hotend so did the usual l unblocking provedure but no luck. on closer examination the extruder wheel is twitching backwards and forwards when it should extrude, withdrawing the filiment works fine. I've raised a ticket with BL they said it's probably blocked but it's 100% not, i have told them this but haven't heard back from them yet. I have had the extruder apart and there's nothing to see so I know that's clear. Anyone got any thoughts what the problem is ? I'm really missing not being able to print 😞
