The stand from this is the perfect finishing touch for the lantern of yours I printed.

I had some semi translucent PLA; Starlight Comet from Numakers. Well, not really translucent, but light enough that I noticed you could see through tree supports somewhat. I figured I'd give it a shot, and at worst, it would be a decorative piece. Ended up looking like some sort of cursed lantern. I'm printing the hanging stand now. EDIT: Printed. Love it!

I'll have to rescale this later and add googly eyes to it. Love it!

Even with glue, it just didn't want to stay put. Had to add raft along with the supports.

Now this is worth printing in various colors for random gifting. I actually ordered magnets for that very purpose.

Left (lowered) hand supports failed both print attempts, but looked too good to quit the second time around. Will probably slice and reprint just that arm and do a bit of splicing.

Just printed one, but I might finish the bouquet later. For now. I'm filling a little vase for my sister with random flowers...

Major bed adhesion problems caused me to add raft and supports. Impressive when you FINALLY get it to print right. Still picking raft pieces off the wing edges, though...

Stem had spaghetti problems, but enough was saveable for a nice result.

Reduced it to 75 percent scale, dropped the infill by 3 percent and picked Gyroid, simplified it, and printed with Silk. Love the result. EDIT: Increased size, and printed for family. かわいいけど怖い (cute but scary)

This is going to be fun to paint. I love the detail.

We have a young tortoiseshell cat that loves scattering our 94 year old's printed animals everywhere. Now they have a shelf. Printed perfectly, and feels quite secure.

The supports generated with the default settings were scary looking, but removed pretty easily.

Yes, I agree, both ends are cute.
