I had this old IDE 3.5" hard drive lying around and didn’t want to throw it away. These are actually pretty nice to work with since they’re easy to seal, and the cast aluminum body makes them really rigid. Now it’s a small hidden storage box that still looks like a regular old HDD from the outside, so it doesn’t draw any attention.
