think I may have created the sleepiest thermoform yet. This time I went with a Snorlax-inspired design, focusing on his iconic face and recreating it with a thermoformed honeycomb pattern. I wasn't sure at first if the mesh would capture his sleepy expression, but seeing it come together has me pretty happy with the result. Now I'm curious... Should I make more Pokémon-inspired thermoforms? Which Pokémon would you like to see next?

Father’s Day seemed like the perfect excuse to make something completely ridiculous… so naturally I ended up thermoforming a giant mustache 😄 This project was a really fun mix of: thermoforming experimentation printable mold design and pure dad humor Honestly really happy with how the formed curves came out on this one. Just released a new Modular Tambour Credenza System. This one is a big step up from my previous designs—fully modular, stackable, and built to scale depending on your setup. This thermoformed apple isn’t just for looks—you can actually fill it with sweets or a small note and gift it directly. Simple idea, but it feels way more personal when you hand it over filled. Curious what you’d put inside 👀

Tried something a bit different again with thermoforming — this time going for something more fun and giftable. Made a baby bottle container designed specifically for baby showers. The idea was to keep it simple but visually interesting with the mesh + smooth shell combo. Also added baby blue and baby pink versions side by side, since that felt like a no-brainer for this use case. Curious what you guys think: Would you keep the mesh?
