Description
Tired of printed rings breaking
This model allows a metal clip to be integrated into the part during printing, creating an anchoring point much stronger than any hole or printed plastic ring
The file is designed to use 25 mm metal office clips, although it can be easily adapted to other sizes by scaling the model

How to use it
Import the 3MF or STL file into Bambu Studio
Configure the part as a negative object
Insert the void into your design
Add a pause in the last layer before closing the housing
Insert the metal clip
Resume printing
The part will be encapsulated within the model, creating an extremely resistant ring
Versions with different tolerances are included to better adapt to different printers and materials
