Description
This lamp consists of two 3D-printed parts (base and shade) and an E27 lamp socket with screw ring.
I've used following E27 socket (only 1 ring needed):

The socket screws into the printed lamp base (thread in Fusion360 is M40x2.5). Then the shade is placed on top of the base.
To finish the lamp, fix the shade to the base by screwing the ring on the socket.
Note: use an LED lamp that does not get too hot, otherwise the printed parts might start deforming.
