Customizable Pill/Storage Container with Optimized Capacity

This 3D printable container is designed for versatile storage, from pills to small essentials. It features a unique threading mechanism for a secure, tightened seal when fully closed.

Key Features:

  • Optimized Capacity: Engineered to hold more volume for its overall size compared to similar designs.
  • Fully Customizable Dimensions:
    • Easily scale X and Y axes together to adjust width and diameter.
    • Adjust the Z-axis independently to control height. Match Z percentage change to both parts.
    • Print any size you need, from a standard pill container to larger storage.
  • Secure Closure: The threaded design tightens slightly as it's fully screwed closed, providing a reliable seal.
  • Two Base Models Included: Provided in both a taller and a shorter base version, both fully scalable.

Important Print Notes:

  • Swirl Design & Scaling: Shortening the Z-axis too much may cause the loss of the bottom swirl design. Excessive reduction of X and Y may reduce the prominence of the swirl and decrease bed adhesion area.
  • Bed Adhesion: Ensure you have a clean print bed for optimal adhesion.

New Print profile added: (Custom Tight FIT)

I’ve added extra thickness near the bottom of the thread to improve the fit once it's fully screwed together. The amount of added thickness varies depending on the scale you print at, so I’ve created a tested profile for common sizes:
Thread-end added thickness before scaling:
- 100% = 0.8mm
- 110% = 0.7mm
- 125% = 0.7mm
- 150% = 0.6mm
These values have been tested to provide a snug, reliable fit across different print scales.
