Updated February 15, 2025. Regarding the Exoskeleton 2.0 creation, it has been delayed for quite some time due to various circumstances. As some group members may know, a computer malfunction resulted in the loss of most previous files. While a hasty, albeit ambiguous, reconstruction was possible, I deemed it unproductive. Therefore, I’ve implemented structural optimizations, and preliminary design modifications are complete. I’m setting a deadline: it will be uploaded to Maker World before May 1st, 2025. Version 1.5 update includes arm circumference adaptation components, hydraulic rod limiters, model optimizations, and more detailed instructions. To clarify, 6mm metal straws are suitable, or you can print your own at approximately 5.8mm in diameter if that is more convenient. Regarding size, assembly complexity, and cost, the bearings and screws used are standardized for testing purposes. Magnets and springs have been omitted (mostly due to budget constraints). Cosmetic details such as body engravings, embossed decorations, and additional armor are incomplete. I have enabled derivative works – those interested can adjust dimensions or add accessories.
