Description
I designed a drip irrigation system for my tomatoes. The outlet is attached to a PETG water bottle, and the drip intensity can then be adjusted with the M16 screw. The bottle with the outlet can be easily attached to a trellis stake for tomatoes; for this purpose, suitable holders were designed which are fastened to the trellis stake with a set screw.
For a perfect seal of the bottle thread, I recommend either sealing the thread with Teflon tape or, more correctly, with a sealing ring. On the bottle thread, I use a rubber seal with an inner diameter of 23mm and an outer diameter of 27mm. Round profile with 2mm diameter.
On the dosing screw, I use a rubber seal with an inner diameter of 15mm and an outer diameter of 24mm. Flat profile 2mm. The rubber seal allows the drip intensity to be perfectly regulated from 0 to slow to fast dripping.
I use a trellis tomato stake with a diameter of 12mm. The holders fit stakes up to approximately 16.5mm.

I recommend opening the bottle at the bottom to facilitate refilling. I only cut the bottom and left a bridge so that no dirt gets into the bottle.
