Hi Makers!  I'm a mechanical engineer & open source developer.  You'll find all my designs are inter-operable and have documentation at OpenLab Project.

Joint or hinge for 3030 extrusion, ready for 3D printing. It gives smooth and reliable rotation over 90 degrees in both directions.

Expect it to hold about 40lbs in tension, or print a pair to support torque loads.

This design is parametric for fairly easy changes in solidworks.
