Description
This part allows one to re-use larger pipe-gate hinges for pipe-gates that use a small diameter of pipe. For example, I was replacing a pipegate that was a 42mm diameter with a pipe-gate that is only 29mm in diameter. Using this part, I can effectively increase the diameter of the new smaller gate so that I can re-use the existing hinges.
