Description

Boost Me (for free)

Boost me so I can make more useful stuff like this... (and afford filament)

A fully parametric Gridfinity bin designed entirely in OpenSCAD

Adjust every dimension directly in the customize panel: bin size in grid units, number of compartments, wall thickness, floor thickness, magnet holes, M3 screw holes, and an angled front label lip.

The base profile is fully Gridfinity-spec compatible (42 mm grid, correct stacking lip geometry), so bins snap perfectly onto any standard Gridfinity baseplate.

Features:
• Any grid size (1×1 up to whatever fits your printer)
• Freely configurable compartments (X and Y dividers)
• Optional magnet holes (Ø 6.5 mm × 2.4 mm)
• Optional M3 screw holes beneath magnets
• Front label lip (angled scoop for paper/plastic label inserts)
• Correct stacking lip — bins should stack on top of each other

If you want to truly make it your own:

Open the .scad file in OpenSCAD, change the parameters or play around with the model code, press F6, export STL. That's it.

Print settings:
Layer height: 0.2 mm | Walls: 3 | Infill: 15% | Supports: Tree (Auto)
So far, I have only printed it on my A1, but it should work on all other printers too!
