Product Description
RopeScrub
1. Product Distinctive Features
Ultra-Resistant Monobloc Design: The absence of hinges, hooks, or moving parts eliminates any risk of breakage. The cylindrical body is designed to resist impacts in a backpack or against rocks on a crag.
Guided Axial Cleaning Channel: The rope is inserted directly from the top. The central hole guides the sliding, forcing the rope against the internal brushes with constant and uniform 360° compression.
Maximum Practicality: It becomes the perfect "end-of-day ritual". As you re-coil the rope into its bag after the last pitch, pass it through the cylinder to store it already regenerated.

Phase 1: Brush Preparation and Cutting
Taking as a logical reference the linear brush system (inspired by the *IKEA DÖRRBORSTE* draft excluder brush model available via this [Amazon Link]): https://amzn.eu/d/00GSOdbU
1. Take the linear brush track and measure the required section.
2. Using robust cutting pliers or shears (following the safety and precision guidelines shown in the image), make a clean cut to obtain segments exactly 45 mm long.
3. Remove and dispose of excess metal/plastic residue, ensuring the edges of the 45 mm segment are clean.
Phase 2: "In-Loop" Integration and Cylinder Closure
The cleaner body is 3D Printed using high mechanical resistance and elastic filaments (such as PETG or ABS).
1. The 3D printer starts production by creating the first half of the cylinder and the geometric housing (the 3 slots) for the brushes.
2. Programmed Print Pause: Once the upper level of the internal slot is reached, the printer is paused.
3. Manual Insertion: The operator inserts the previously cut **45 mm** brush segments directly into the internal guides of the piece being printed.

4. Sealing and Resumption: The printer is restarted. The print head will extrude subsequent layers of filament directly over the rigid support of the brushes, trapping and sealing them hermetically within the cylindrical shell.
This process ensures that the brushes remain firmly anchored and can never detach, even under the strong pull of large diameter ropes (e.g., 10.2 mm or very swollen gym ropes).
