Description

A D12-5 Motor is used.

Assembly Steps

3D print items 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the orientation shown above. PLA or ABS are two of

the recommended filaments to use.

 

Slide the motor mount (4) into the end of the body (2) where the outside holes are visible.

Press firmly to make sure the mount is square to the body.

 

Insert fin tabs (3) into the outside visible holes on the body (2), take care not to break or

bend the tabs. Push up on the fins to lock them into place.

 

Insert the fin ring (5) on the inside of the body (2) so that it covers the bottom fin tabs (3).

 

Tie 20 in parachute on the rocket. Consider using tweezers to tie the strings.

 

Tie the nose cone (1) to the body (2).

Tips

To remove motor from the motor mount, you may need to remove the motor mount from

the rocket and use a screwdriver to push it out from the other side.
